📸 Return Verification (Required Before Shipping)

Before sending any return, you must email our support team with clear photos of the item in its original, unopened packaging.
Photos must show:

  • The product seal intact

  • The outer packaging in good condition

  • Your order number or packing slip

Our team will review the photos and confirm whether your return is eligible.
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Returns sent without prior photo verification may be rejected or delayed.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect.
